On Tuesday April 30 we left the Mt. Saint Helens area and
headed back to the northern coast of Oregon to Fort Stevens state park near Astoria.
This is Lewis & Clark territory. They ended their cross country trip at
Fort Stevens near the mouth of the Coloumbia  river.Some of the hilites.. replica of their
winter residence , drive to Tillamook cheese factory, Astoria column, Haystack
rock at Cannon Beach,sea lions at Astoria wharf .
